In addition to compassionately serving families during their time of need, the professionals behind the Dignity Memorial® network demonstrate an ongoing commitment to our communities. We proudly sponsor a number of free outreach programs designed to keep families safe, honor those who serve and comfort those who grieve.

Dignity Memorial Community Outreach Programs

Dignity Memorial® Escape School® is the launch platform for a program that provides parents and their children with critical abduction prevention and escape techniques.

Dignity Memorial® Smart & Safe Living educates seniors about consumer fraud, cons and scams, home break-ins and travel safety. Other topics may include ATM safety, telephone fraud, Internet fraud, new car safety options, neighborhood watch programs and crime reporting tips.

Dignity Memorial® Vietnam Wall is a traveling, three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Created for those who might never travel to the nation's capitol, the exhibit crisscrosses the country every year and allows millions to experience the powerful memorial. Honoring all United States veterans and dedicated to Vietnam veterans, the faux-granite replica is inscribed with the names of more than 58,000 Americans who died or are missing in Vietnam.

Dignity Memorial® L.I.F.T.® (Living Information For Today) is a social support program that helps widows and widowers adjust to the loss of their spouses. The program gives members the opportunity to socialize with others who share similar feelings and experiences. L.I.F.T. encourages members to invest emotional energy in fellowship with other members through group social events.

Dignity Memorial® Public Servants Program is designed to recognize the courage and selflessness of emergency service personnel who fall in the line of duty. This benefit provides dignified and honorable tributes, at no cost, for career and volunteer law enforcement officers and firefighters.
